It depends on the project, and we're flexible. We agree the schedule with you, for example in stages tied to milestones, and write it into the fixed quote before any work starts.

You will have better ideas once you see the product, and that's fine. Before a new idea is built, we either swap it for something of a similar size or quote it on its own. Nothing gets quietly added and billed at the end.

How we keep a fixed quote fixed

Yes, all of it. When the project is paid, the code, the cloud accounts and the API keys are yours; we set them up in your name from the start. Any developer can pick it up after us; we write docs so they can.

Whenever you like. There's no lock-in: the code and accounts are already in your name, and the docs explain how to run and change it.

Yes, that's a common starting point. It begins with a 48-hour health check: a written report of what's worth keeping, what's risky and what it takes to get live, with fixes in order of priority and a fixed quote. Then you decide.

Most first versions take between one and eight weeks. A workflow automation is usually done within two weeks, an AI agent in one to three, and a full SaaS product in four to eight. The quote includes the timeline.

We use AI coding tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot to build much faster, but an engineer plans the work, reads every change, writes tests and checks security before anything goes live. You keep most of the speed, and the usual problems are caught before launch.

Yes. Not every problem needs custom software. If a WordPress site, a Shopify store or an n8n or Zapier workflow does the job, we'll recommend it and build it properly, and write custom Python only where the tools run out.

It's the language the AI ecosystem is built in, and Django and FastAPI are proven, well-documented and easy to hire for. We use React or Next.js on the frontend when the product needs it.

Every launch comes with a 30-day bug-fix warranty: if something we built doesn't work as agreed, we fix it. After that, most clients keep us on a monthly support plan for fixes and new features. It's optional, and you can cancel any time.
